Is the Human Landscape of the port of Valparaiso, declared patrimony of humanity, with its people and their spaces what is depicted here.
These are pictures made with love for these human beings, their daily lives, their times, their special corners.
I hope others could feel the same I do and all comments are welcome. I would like to exchange experiences with other lovers of Life and what is human.

 

Chile Araucano - People and Landscapes

This is a song with images inspired for the light that touches everything in this beautiful araucanian Chile.

Volcanos wanting to merge with the sky, submerged waters full of magical reflections, flowers exuding colors, a small mapuche with his drums while his mother gather the light of a candle. What more can I ask from the glorious south?. Everything is given to this open and anxious soul behind a camera collecting so many wonders.

Micky Hirsch - Photographer.

Currently I am using a Canon Rebel with a 18-55 lens. In this stage of my life I am enamored of the human being, his works, actions, relations and through what I capture photographically I want to transmit hope in a better world. I want to show the growing human spirit able to overcome difficulties, open to live, laugh and share smiles.

I like colors, beauty, created spaces, what is soft and what is hard within the human existence. I like to submerge myself on a given space and explore the life details. I like to share and explore art done with others thus I go on outings with other photographers.

The work presented here is the result of two trips to Valparaiso with Rafael Edwards. It is a collage of faces, homes, smiles, beautiful old people, corners, flowers, etc.

I hope you like it and I hope to learn without limits.
