Born in 1950 in La Serena, Chile. His main cultural participation has been in the visual arts and design. A couple of years ago he decided to start playing music again, an activity that he developped during the 60's and 70's.

Mario is a member of the group Antoja and he is the director of the Graphic Design department at the Arcis University in Santiago, Chile.

His compositions are inspired poetically in experiences of internal work, configuring atmospheres in which the abstract becomes a predominant element.
